My name is Valerie Durham and I am a 21yr old amateur photographer
My belief is, it does not matter what camera you have rather than who is behind it.
I like to be creative and either set a mood or theme when I'm shooting, aiming my photographic eye to be culture inspired and hoping to help rise the asian-american music community in america and allow acceptance for all! *cheers!*

Natural lighting and outdoor shoots much more exciting compared to studio type work because I can't control nature and thats the pure joy in it.
However, All of my photos are processed in photoshop for color corrections and minor enhancements.
I want to change the world of photography, bringing themes and moods back into the spotlight.

I began my interest in photography when I was very young but I really started to understand it more in my 8th grade photography/video production class and then to homeschool where pretty much all my electives were photography/design based. 3+ years of photography and photoshop experience. Currently I'm attending college to obtain a Photography Certificate.
